Sasscer Cottage At Fort Valley



Dear Friends in Christ,

As many of you may have heard, my wife Abby was recently diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure due to a virus. We thank everyone for their prayers as she is slowly but surely recovering.

Due to her condition, our family needs more immediate access to her cardiologists and to Winchester Medical Center. We are, at this time, considering offers on our home.

Our home is located in the Village of Mount Zion in Fort Valley, Virginia (For more information, you may go to www.theVillageOfMountZion.org ). You may download the attached flyer or see attached pictures as well.)

The home was built in 2004 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main level. The lower level has another full bath, a family room and two finished rooms that could be used as an office, classroom or storage room. It has a deck and a one-car garage. The total square footage of the home (upper and lower level) is approximately 1800 square feet. The house is in 3 acres of land with mostly trees. The land also has a path leading to a small stream in the back part of the lot, within the woods.
